We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when fraud, misuse, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other legitimate concerns are identified.
Many products sold by The OutHouse Gen X are made to order.
Product colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing methods, and manufacturing differences.
Please review all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and personalization details carefully before ordering.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Payment processing may be handled by Shopify and other third-party payment providers made available at checkout.
4. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Many of our products are made to order and generally require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment.
Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are shown at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments because items may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved change-of-mind returns.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
We do not offer standard exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this period, production may already have begun and we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
8. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned or must be reproduced because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional charges may apply.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.

All original logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, branding, and other content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to The OutHouse Gen X and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, and other website content accurate.
